The WRK platform is made to be flexible, but we have some rules:
Eligible WRK cancellation scenarios
- WRK cancellation is free before WRK is being scheduled at any point. High number of false WRK requests & cancellations will cause account suspension & WRK core team interference.
- However, any cancellations after WRK request has been scheduled can cause the professionals\Wrkrs using our platform to lose valuable work. Therefore, you are able to cancel your requested WRK offer until 12:00AM of the day the request has been scheduled for, after you'll be charged a fee of $20 due to increased platform usage, activity and administrative costs. Those charges won’t be refunded, in special cases you can always open a C\S ticket using our “Ticket Support Center” and our representatives will be happy to assist you.
- Upon forgetting your request for WRK or any other cause that may result in loss of time and resources, your card will be charged unless you contact us to resolve the situation within twenty-four (24) hours since WRK request has scheduled to start. WRK may investigate such basis and its sole decision shall be considered final.
If your WrKr cancelled his scheduling, you can transfer your payment to a new WRK offer request or a refund.
Refund Requests (RR’S – After WrK Done).
To submit a Refund Request (RR) for your WRK offer request, you are required to:
- Contact us via (Ticket support center)or via 1800-###-###,
Up to 72 hours since scheduling to document the issue and file a claim. Include photographs, phone recordings if any, or other evidence & findings of the issue as part of your claim to assist WRK C\S team representative determining your (RR) claim on the best side.
- Be responsive and complete to our requests for additional information and cooperation. Your availability is essential on speeding up the process handling your claim.
- Not have directly or indirectly caused the WRK offer Refund Request (RR) Issue.
- Have used reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstances of the WRK offer issue with the WrKr prior to making a claim, including messaging your WrKr on WRK internal messaging to notify him\her of the issue. We may verify your compliance with these and any other terms, conditions and requirements.
